Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I'd like to welcome you to the City of Somerville Zoning Board of Appeals. Tonight's agenda, April 1st, 2026, is just six o'clock. Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, this meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be conducted via remote participation. Tonight, under general, what we have tonight joining me, I am Susan Fontano, your chair. and joining us as support is Kit Luster. She's a planner and she's in the planning, preservation and zoning department and she is our liaison. So under general business, we're gonna have a continuance tonight

and one of the topics tonight under general business is going to be the minutes of March 4th, 2026. So those will be continued till April 15th. And the public hearings, it's 12 Linden Street, ZP25000112. That's been continued from March 18th meeting. It is Yang Gi seeks a relief. from the Summable Zoning Ordinance 3.2.18.A.11. to add a second curb cut on a front lot line and the Urban Residence Zoning District, which requires a hardship variance. The applicant has requested a continuance of this application to April 15th, 2026, Zoning Board of Appeals meeting.
