All right, the first piece of business, the only piece of business, is a petition up by Councilor Stephanie Smith as president. A petition requesting a new mechanical repair license for Third Street Auto Repair Garcia. |

| Wayne Matewsky | Mr. Saeed, could you just come and sit in one of these chairs here, please? If you could just introduce yourself, the name of your company. and what you plan on doing at that location. |
