All right, the first piece of business, the only piece of business, is a petition up by Councilor Stephanie Smith as president. A petition requesting a new mechanical repair license for Third Street Auto Repair Garcia.

Thank you. We did receive communications that all paperwork was in order and this was approved. Oh, we would like, would anyone, does anyone have questions?

ZAID ALI LAVOUZ, Okay, my name is Zaid Ali Lavouz. I'm 53 years old and I'm trying to do a auto body. Just oral repair in 363 3rd Street in Everett. The company name is 3rd Street Oral Repair. Garcia.

Yes, I work with somebody else in Lynn. It's the name of the Repair, and Aurore.

Perfect. Well, I always need car repairs.

That's Mr. Geer's property, am I right? 363? Now you know that neighborhood's changed a lot. There's a lot of apartments. Exactly, I know. It's a lot of apartments over there and a lot of buildings. So you have to keep the property clean?

We work from 8 to 5.30.

Monday to Saturday?

No, Saturday it's 8.30 to 2.30. Oh, I see.
