| Town Clerk | taxes procedural Our only item this evening is an order offered by Councilor Stephanie Martins as president. An order requesting approval of the adoption of the minimum residential factor of number not known yet, in setting the city's FY2026 tax rates. Just so you know, the DOR has not certified our tax rate number yet, so we're requesting to open the public hearing. Keep it open so that the The public can speak at the December 8th meeting at 6 p.m. and postpone it until then. So if we could get a motion for that, please. So moved. |
