City Council Executive Session

Good afternoon, everyone. With the quorum being present, I call today's September 23rd, 2026 executive session meeting to order. The City Council will meet in open session and then move into an executive session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation known as Columbia Street LLC. vs. City Docket No. 25 MISC 000746, which is a civil case in the land court and OND 1740 Investors LLC vs. 26 CV 02295, which is a civil case in Middlesex Superior Court. Discussing these matters in an open session may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the city. The City Council is beginning this meeting in an open session and will move to executive session for discussion. The committee will not be returning to open session, and we'll adjourn in the executive session.
