| Sumbul Siddiqui | procedural Good afternoon, everyone. With a quorum being present, I wanted to call today's March 9th, 2026 special meeting of the Cambridge City Council to order. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss strategy with respect to litigation known as Columbia Street LLC versus City Docket Number 25. MISC0007469, which is a civil case in the Land Court. The City Council is beginning this special meeting in open session and will move to executive session because discussing this matter and Open Session may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the City. The City Council will not be returning to Open Session and will adjourn in Executive Session. The first order of business is a roll call of members present. |
